Policies and Procedures

At The Foxtrot Body Art Gallery, appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. In order to respect the schedules of our artists and clients, we ask that all appointments be treated with professionalism and consideration.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all tattoo appointments. Deposits are applied toward the final cost of the tattoo. No appointment is considered booked until the deposit has been received.

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule their appointment one time with at least 48 hours' notice without losing their deposit. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may require a new deposit at the artist's discretion. 

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in refusal of future booking requests. 

No-Shows

Clients who fail to appear for their appointment without communication will forfeit their deposit. Future appointments may require full prepayment.

Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require the appointment to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on the artist's schedule. In these situations, deposits may be forfeited. 

Drawing & Design Time

Custom artwork and preparation time are included in your deposit. Deposits compensate the artist for the time spent planning, designing, and reserving your session. 

Right to Refuse Service 

The Foxtrot reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disrespectful aggressive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior. 

Prepping For Your Appointment

We recommend eating a meal at least two hours before your appointment to help ensure you are comfortable throughout the tattoo process. Please stay well-hydrated and get a good night’s rest prior to your session. For longer appointments, we also suggest bringing a snack and a drink such as water or Gatorade to help keep your energy up during your visit.
